ANOTHER SOLID RESULT IN GROWTH CORRIDOR

A modern industrial investment in Braeside has been sold by Crabtrees Real Estate for $1.7 Million on a yield of 5.98%.

7 Phoenix Court is home to national dairy manufacturers Camperdown Dairy and was leased on a new 3 x 3 year lease from 12th June 2017 at a rental of $101,670 per annum net.
