LOGIS ESTATE CONTINUES TO PERFORM
Sixth Avenue Group Pty Ltd have signed 4 x 4 year lease at $165,920 pa plus GST, which reflects a per square metre rate of $85, at 20 Logis Boulevard Dandenong in a deal negotiated by Steven Salopek of Crabtrees Real Estate.
The architecturally designed office warehouse of 1,952sqm on a site of 3,039sqm is situated within the LOGIS estate, which is Victoria’s first integrated eco-industrial business park. The business park has already broken records for the value of industrial land in Melbourne’s south-east and is completely sold out.
“Dandenong is continuing to grow rapidly, and after identifying the key building features and immediate access to major South Eastern arterial roads, Sixth Avenue were quick to secure the building” said Steven.
