Crabtrees Real Estate have sold an impressive clear span warehouse of approximately 1,630 sqm on a site of 4,922 sqm with huge upside potential in Rowville for $3.1 Million.

13 Kelletts Road was purchased by one of Australia's largest independent fire equipment manufacturer and wholesaler who are relocating from a smaller facility to allow for further growth.

This highly functional facility exchanged hands via an EOI campaign and came with approved council plans to extend the warehouse (of 10m internal clearance) by a further 976 sqm bringing the potential total size to 2,606sqm.
