A freehold office warehouse in Oakleigh South has been snapped up before Auction for a sale price in excess of $1.6 Million negotiated by Crabtrees Real Estate. 

4 Price Street exchanged hands with vacant possession, offering 555sqm of bright clear span warehouse, double storey office space of 295sqm, container height motorised roller door and off-street parking.

“This facility piqued quite a bit of interest in the market with over 35 qualified enquiries and a number of offers volunteered to the Vendor on attractive price and terms,” Stated Crabtrees director Gavin Dumas. “The vendors were very happy to secure a deal prior to Auction.”
