A sizeable land and building package in Hammond Business Park Dandenong South has sold for just over $8.5 Million by Andrew Loudon at Crabtrees Real Estate. Vaughn Constructions bought the site now known of Hammond Business Park  in 2015 for approximately $15 Million and has now sold the last allotment with a combined land value of nearly $40 Million.
